Over 30 participants of IEM Cologne Major 2026 to make their debut at Major

Thirty-one participants of the upcoming IEM Cologne Major 2026 have never competed at a Counter-Strike Major before. The list includes players from BetBoom Team, B8, SINNERS, FUT, Astralis, 9z, and other teams.

It was previously announced that 16 Russian esports athletes will be competing at the upcoming Counter-Strike 2 Major in Cologne. This ranks Russia second, behind Brazil.

IEM Cologne Major 2026 will take place from June 2-21, 2026, in Cologne, Germany. 32 teams will compete for a $1.25 million prize pool. BetBoom Team will fight in the first stage of the tournament. Detailed information about the competition can be found via the link.
