HEAP departs Johnny Speeds

Another player has departed Johnny Speeds' Counter-Strike 2 roster – Ludvig "HEAP" Alonso has decided not to renew his contract with the Swedish club. The official statement was made on the club's X social media account. HEAP had been with the team since August of last year. His replacement is still unknown.

Anton "Sapec" Palmgren recently parted ways with the team; the organization also benched Tim "nawwk" Jonasson, Jonas "⁠Lekr0⁠⁠" Olofsson, and Adam "friberg" Friberg, and brought back William "draken" Sundin. Additionally, Jakob "⁠⁠jocab⁠⁠" Nerheden has moved to FOKUS. This leaves Johnny Speeds' roster at just two players.

Before all the roster changes, Johnny Speeds ranked 120th among the world's top Counter-Strike 2 teams according to HLTV. The squad will kick off their run at Stake Pulse Beat I on August 3rd.
