KRIMZ to miss early stages of ESL Pro League Season 15 due to COVID-19

fnatic will start at ESL Pro League Season 15 without Freddy "KRIMZ" Johansson. The organization announced that the experienced esports athlete could not join the team at the LAN tournament after testing positive for coronavirus.

17-year-old Matias "Banjo" Kivistö from the team's academy will stand in for KRIMZ during his absense.

Peppe "Peppzor" Borak and Valentin "poizon" Vasilev, who previously replaced Ludvig "Brollan" Brolin and Iulian "⁠regali⁠" Harjău, will continue to represent fnatic at the upcoming tournament.

The debut match of fnatic in the fifteenth season of the ESL Pro League will take place today, March 9, at 21:00 MSK, in a match against NIP. In the group stage, the European squad will also face off against Looking For Org, G2, MOUZ and Entropiq.

At ESL Pro League Season 15,  fnatic will play with the following lineup:
