Complexity and MIBR don't lose any matches on first day of RMR

First playday of the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Americas RMR, which is currently taking place in Shanghai, China, has ended.

The following teams secured victories in the second round of the Swiss stage: Complexity, Wildcard, 9z, MIBR, BESTIA, FURIA, M80, and Liquid – they bested BOSS, paiN, Legacy, Imperial, Nouns, Case, RED Canids, and KRÜ, respectively.

Thus, four squads finished the first day of the tournament with a 2:0 record – Complexity, Wildcard, 9z, and MIBR. Four rosters have not yet managed to win a single match – KRÜ, RED Canids, Case, and Nouns. The remaining participants currently have one win and one loss in the standings – Legacy, BOSS, paiN, Imperial, BESTIA, FURIA, M80 and Liquid.

The matchups of the third round of the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Americas RMR are scheduled for tomorrow. The participants will be divided into three baskets based on the number of wins and losses (2:0, 1:1, 0:2). Accordingly, the squads will compete only against the opponents from their pool.
