NEO takes over as Astralis coach

39-year-old Polish esports athlete Filip "NEO" Kubski has taken over as the new coach of Astralis. The organization officially announced the news via its X social media account.

Kubski replaced Casper "ruggah" Due, who left the team mid-last month. NEO's previous team was FaZe, which he coached from November 2023 to March 2026, becoming inactive after.

Astralis currently sits 20th in Valve's official ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 squads. The rosters finished 20th-22nd at the recent IEM Cologne Major 2026.
