FlyQuest relegated from IEM Dallas 2024; FaZe secure spot in playoffs

FlyQuest finished their journey at IEM Dallas 2024. In the lower bracket of Group B, the Australians were defeated by BIG with a scoreline of 0:2 – 6:13 on Ancient and 14:16 on Nuke.

At the same time, FaZe advanced to the final of Group B due to the victory over Virtus.pro with a scoreline of 2:1 – 10:13 on Mirage, 16:13 on Inferno and 13:11 on Ancient. This guaranteed Finn "karrigan" Andersen's squad participation in the tournament playoffs.

Tomorrow, May 29, BIG and Virtus.pro will face off in the lower bracket. In turn, FaZe will have to compete for a ticket to the playoff semi-finals in a matchup against Team Spirit.

Note that today's playday at IEM Dallas 2024 will end with two lower bracket matches of Group A: G2 – MOUZ and Liquid – Falcons.
