s1mple is best player in history of CS:GO Big Events

NAVI's AWPer Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev is the best performer in the history of CS:GO Big Events, according to HLTV.org statistics shared via their official Twitter account.

The Ukrainian's rating at big tournaments sits at 1.24 in 623 maps played. Notably, Vitality's sniper Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut has recorded the same number. However, the Frenchman played much fewer maps, namely 357.

The top 3 also included Astralis' Nicolai "device" Reedtz. The Dane played 634 maps at big events with a rating of 1.17.

Kostyliev also still holds the pro-scene record for the number of MVP awards secured. s1mple was named the most valuable player of 21 tournaments.
