Wildcard puts susp up for transfer
North American esports club Wildcard announced changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster. The organization benched and put Tim "susp" Ångström up for transfer. According to an official statement from Wildcard, this decision was made on the player's own initiative.
The 20-year-old Swedish esports athlete has represented Wildcard since July last year – over the year, he recorded an average rating of 1.07. Before that, Ångström was a Metizport player. Over the course of his Counter-Strike career, which kicked off in 2021, he has earned $53,000 in prize money.
Note that Wildcard replaced two players at the beginning of the month. The squad is currently in the top 49 of Valve's world ranking. The team placed last at the recent FISSURE Playground 1 in Belgrade.
Wildcard are:
Aran "Sonic" Groesbeek
Josh "JBa" Barutt
Sebastian "fr3nd" Kuśmierz
Jaxon "Peeping" Cornwell
Vincent "vinS" Jozefiak (coach)
