CS:GO sets new peak average player count in April

CS:GO's average player count in April 2023 amounted to 918K users. According to the Steam Charts analytical service, this statistics is an absolute record for Valve's shooter.

Since November 2023, CS:GO's average player count has grown steadily and reached its three-year high in March. While then players broke through the milestone of 843.4K users, in April the figure increased by almost 9%.

Nevertheless, CS:GO did not manage to set a record peak player count, lacking a little over 9K users to reach historical values.
