FaZe and Vitality through to ESL Pro League Season 17 playoffs

The first rosters to advance to the ESL Pro League Season 17 playoffs from group C are FaZe and Vitality, who secured two consecutive victories each. After a successful start at the tournament, Finn "karrigan" Andersen’s squad won against NIP (16:9 on Overpass and 16:3 on Ancient), and the Dan "apEX" Madesclaire-led men defeated OG (16:5 on Anubis and 16:9 on Vertigo).

Also, group C’s second playday saw matches between the teams that lost their first games yesterday, Match 8. paiN took over Rooster (16:11 on Anubis and 16:4 on Nuke) while Grayhound bested 00NATION (14:16 on Mirage, 16:12 on Ancient and 16:12 on Inferno).

On March 10, Group C’s competition will continue with the matches pain – OG (18:00 MSK) and NIP – Grayhound (21:30 MSK). The winners of which will subsequently face off for a ticket to the playoffs, and the losers will battle it out in an elimination match.
