Apeks return to competition with MICHU standing in

Apeks have returned to official matches after a pause announced two months ago amid poor results. The European squad is now back in action with Michał "MICHU" Müller as a stand-in.

With Müller on board, Apeks successfully qualified for CCT Central Europe Series 4. During the qualifier, the team secured consecutive wins over Astralis Talent, LDLC and Nexus.

Apeks withdrew from all tournaments due to a series of failed tournaments, including a qualifier for the European RMR event. The club decided to analyze the situation and assess the prospects of the roster, after which it was revealed that Richard "shox" Papillon was put on the bench and allowed to explore options elsewhere.

During the break from competition, Apeks continued to practice with a number of players on trial, such as Hansel "BnTeT" Ferdinand and Nicklas "gade" Gade, yet the trials did not end with either of the two signing the contract.

Apeks have announced via their social media that at the upcoming tournaments, namely CCT Central Europe Series 4 and ESEA Advanced Season 43 Europe, MICHU will continue to play as a stand-in. The prospects of the Polish esports athlete, however, are currently unclear.

Apeks' roster for the upcoming tournaments is:

 Martin "STYKO" Styk
 Tim "nawwk" Jonasson
 Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad
 Justinas "jL" Lekavicius
 Michał "MICHU" Müller (stand-in)
