Women's ESL Impact League Season 2 invites revealed

The organizers of the prestigious women's ESL Impact league have announced via social media the list of teams that will take part in the second season as direct invitees. The $123,000 event is scheduled to kick off on September 8 with the regional divisions and end with the LAN final on December 25-27.

At the opening stage of the tournament, the participants will be divided into three regions: European, North American and South American. In Europe, the direct invites were handed out to Nigma Galaxy, BIG EQUIPA, NAVI Javelins and LIVS, in North America, the spots went to CLG Red, Please Send Bocks, Valkyries and Evil Geniuses, while in South America, the invited squads are FURIA fe, MIBR fe and B4.

The participants' list will be finalized following the open qualifiers, after which eight teams in each division will compete for two tickets to the LAN finals. Two more spots in the final event of the second season will be determined using the Wild Card system for South Africa and Asia.

The ESL Impact league was created by the tournament operator ESL in early 2022 to support the female CS:GO professional scene. The reigning champion is Nigma Galaxy.
