Cloud9 sign five Russians into academy roster

Cloud9 have announced the formation of the academy team that included five young Russian players. The press release was published on the North American organization's Twitter account.

All members of Cloud9 Academy do not have experience of competing at a professional level. Coaching the squad will be Ivan "F_1N" Kochugov, who has previously worked as an analyst in the main team.

Cloud9 noted that the main goal of the newly-created team is to "get competitive experience". In the future, the roster plans to find itself in the top 30 of the world rankings.

As of now, there is no information about which tournament will be the debut one for Cloud9 Academy.
