OverDrive: zonic is the fourth coach taking part in the Major featured in the ESIC statement

Vitality's coach Danny "zonic" Sørensen is the unnamed coach of the team participating in PGL Major Antwerp 2022, who avoided a suspension following the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) report on a new investigation into abusing the coaching bug on the CS:GO pro scene, Alexey "OverDrive" Birukov shared the insider information on his VK group.

According to Birukov, ESIC has the evidence of the Danish specialist abusing the game’s vulnerability allowing to spectate the players of your team from a third-person view. At the moment, the Commission has not decided whether to issue ban for using this bug, since this does not give a coach a serious advantage.

On May 5, ESIC announced the final stage of studying the database of pro level matches' demos, where there was a camera bug in the spectator mode, which allowed to gain an unfair advantage over opponents.

In total, 97 coaches appeared in the investigation, with four of them taking part in PGL Major Antwerp 2022, so all of them, with the exception of Sørensen, namely Luis "peacemaker" Tadeu (Imperial), Rafael "zakk" Fernandez (9z) and Sergey "hally Shavaev (Team Spirit), were suspended from the upcoming Major.
