Along with Sokolov, his teammates from Gambit Sergey "Ax1Le" Rykhtorov and Abay "HObbit" Khasenov also made it into the top 20 players in 2021 ranking, and were ranked fifth and sixth, respectively. The final three spots are to be revealed on January 22.
