Grim leaves Liquid

American organization Liquid has officially announced the departure of Michael "Grim" Wince. At the end of December, Steve Perino, General Manager of Liquid, first spoke about the intentions to part with the player.

Grim joined Liquid in August 2020. During this period, the team won the North American RMR tournament cs_summit 8 and also finished second at DreamHack Open Summer 2020, ESL One Cologne 2020 and IEM Global Challenge 2020.

Amid Liquid's publicly announced plans to part ways with Wince, Jake "Stewie2K" Yip and Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo, the club signed Richard "shox" Papillon and Josh "oSee" Ohm. According to insiders, Nick "nitr0" Cannella is considered the main candidate for the last vacant place in the team.

As for the Grim's future, he is rumored to continue his career in Complexity, which is considering building a new roster around the trio of Extra Salt players.
