XTQZZZ steps down as coach of Vitality

Vitality have announced the departure of Rémy "XTQZZZ" Quoniam. The announcement gives no further details on the reasons.

XTQZZZ has coached Vitality since December 2018. With him on board, the team became the champion of ECS Season 7 Finals, EPICENTER 2019, IEM Beijing 2020, BLAST Premier Fall Final 2020 и IEM Winter 2021, and also went far in many big events, including getting into the top-8 at two previous Majors.

Currently, there is no information about who will replace the departed coach, but according to insider Guillaume "neL" Ratier, the organization is interested in ex-coach of Astralis Danny "zonic" Sørensen, who in January 2022 became a free agent.

Earlier, neL also shed some light on XTQZZZ's future. Based on his information, Quoniam will continue his career in G2.
