BLAST Premier World Final 2021 to take place in studio format with no audience

The BLAST Premier World Final 2021 organizers on their official website announced that the tournament would be held in Copenhagen in a studio format without a live audience. The reason for such decision was the deterioration of the epidemiological situation in the world.

The BLAST representatives added that they would keep an eye on the dynamics of COVID-19 spreading and, depending on the state of affairs, adapt the championship to the global restrictions and guidance from the Danish government.

BLAST Premier World Final 2021 will take place from December 14 to 19 with eight teams taking part – NAVI, Heroic, Vitality, NIP, Astralis, G2, Gambit and Liquid.

The prize pool of the upcoming tournament adds up $1 million. The champion will get $500,000, while the team taking the second place will earn $250,000.
