FURIA, 100 Thieves & Evil Geniuses won first matches at IEM New York 2020

In the starting matches of the North American RMR tournament IEM New York 2020 favorites in the face of FURIA, 100 Thieves and Evil Geniuses have beaten Rebirth, RBG, and Triumph respectively. Another match ended with the victory of New England Whalers over ImPerium.

The Brazilians from FURIA coped with Rebirth for two cards - 16:12 on Mirage and 16:6 on Inferno. Also, Evil Geniuses became the leader of group A, having beaten Triumph - 16:5 on Overpass and 16:4 on Inferno. In their turn New England Whalers were stronger than ImPerium - 16:10 on Train and 16:9 on Overpass.

Only one match took place in Group B, where 100 Thieves with the score 2:0 defeated RBG - 16:12 on Nuke and 16:4 on Vertigo.
