neL: Astralis Are Seeing Magisk as Second IGL
Emil "Magisk" Reif played the role of in-game leader in recent Astralis training matches. This was told by the authoritative insider Guillaume "neL" Canelo, referring to his own sources.
I don't know if it will work but it's really interesting on paper. Changing for strategic purposes or depending on how players feel makes a lot of sense imo.

I was told that Magisk was training as IGL recently, so many setups are possible in the future even without gla1ve. https://t.co/ry38QeSXCz
The acting captain of the team is Lucas "gla1ve" Rossander. Under his leadership, the Danish grand won four majors and many other prestigious tournaments.
The day before Astralis announced the signing of Jacob "JUGi" Hansen, who became the seventh confirmed member of the squad. In a comment to the official announcement, sports director Kasper Hvidt announced his intention to form a team so that each role could be played by two players.
Astralis currently plays at ESL One: Road to Rio for Europe, where they led Group A, ensuring a playoff start from the top net. Also in May, the Danish team will participate in DreamHack Masters Spring 2020 and BLAST Spring 2020 Showdown.
