Team Dignitas Drops its Men's CS:GO Team
Team Dignitas let its men's Counter Strike: Global Offensive team go on Wednesday.
Dignitas was suffering as a team throughout 2018, as the team was unable to place higher than third in any Minor or Major. Despite that, Dignitas did not state any specific reason for dropping the team.
We have parted ways with our Men's CS:GO team. We thank them for their time and wish them the best of luck in this season's Mountain Dew League.

We'll be keeping an active eye on the CS:GO community as we look to adopt a new strategy going forward.
Dignitas did state that it will be keeping an eye on the community, looking to adopt a different strategy as it moves forward. This opens up the possibility for another CS:GO Dignitas team in the future, but as of right now nothing is certain.
Dignitas still retains its female CS:GO roster, which recently received player Catherine "CAth" Leroux after Mounira "GooseBreeder" Dobie went inactive. Dignitas has not revealed any intention of releasing the female team.
