Sapec departs Johnny Speeds

Swedish esports club Johnny Speeds has announced changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster: Anton "Sapec" Palmgren has left the team.

According to the official announcement posted on the club's X social media account, Palmgren has decided not to renew his contract with Johnny Speeds. Sapec has thus become a free agent.

The 23-year-old Swedish esports athlete has been playing for the team since February of last year, having previously competed for Metizport. His average rating over the past three months is 1.07 (in 54 maps).

Johnny Speeds currently sits 80th in Valve's official ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 squads.
