Liquid and 9z relegated from BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026

Fifth day of BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026 has concluded, with two more squads finishing their journey at the event.

In the second round of the lower bracket of Group B, The MongolZ defeated Liquid (16:14 on Ancient, 13:10 on Mirage), while Team Spirit bested 9z (13:6 on Overpass, 13:6 on Dust2). The winners advanced to the losers' final round, while the losers shared 9th-12th place with TYLOO and NRG, earning $7,500 in prize money.

Notably, three teams from each group will advance to the BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026 playoffs: the winners will go directly to the semi-finals, while the rosters that place second and third will secure the quarter-final spots. Detailed information about the competition can be found via the link.
