BIG replaces Krimbo
German esports club BIG has announced another change to its Counter-Strike 2 roster. This time, Karim "Krimbo" Moussa has departed the team – BIG moved him to the bench. The official statement was published on the X social media.
The 23-year-old German esports athlete has represented BIG since March 2022, having previously played for the club's youth squad for a couple of months.
The vacant position in the lineup has been filled by Lukas "FreeZe" Hegmann, who competed for BIG's academy in July and August of this year before moving to the role of assistant coach for the main roster. Hegmann will take over as the team's IGL, position that was previously held by Johannes "tabseN" Wodarz.
BIG currently ranks 38th in Valve's official ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 teams. Notably, a few days ago BIG also benched AWPer Marcel "hyped" Köhn, replacing him with Gleb "gr1ks" Gazin.
BIG are now:
Johannes "tabseN" Wodarz
Jon "JDC" de Castro
David "prosus" Hesse
Gleb "gr1ks" Gazin
Lukas "FreeZe" Hegmann
Sebastian "xenn" Hoch (coach)
