Complexity leaves CS – roster moves to Passion UA
Ukrainian esports club Passion UA officially announced the signing of four Complexity players to its Counter-Strike 2 roster. The statement was published on the X social media.
The players in question are Johnny "JT" Theodosiou, Håkon "hallzerk" Fjærli, Michael "Grim" Wince and Nick "nicx" Lee. The fifth Complexity player – Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk – was replaced by Vladislav "Kvem" Korol. Tiaan "T.c" Coertzen will continue to be the team's coach.
At the same time, Complexity itself announced its departure from the pro Counter-Strike 2 scene due to financial difficulties.
Note that in mid-August, Passion UA announced the complete disbandment of its previous Counter-Strike 2 roster. Three players from the squad were moved to the bench. The remaining members departed the organization.
The updated lineup of Passion UA was assigned to the American region of the VRS rating. The Ukrainian club also inherited rating points and tournament slots from Complexity.
