Passion UA disbands CS2 roster

Ukrainian esports club Passion UA announced the complete disbandment of its Counter-Strike 2 roster. The official statement was published on the organization's X social media account.

Three players from the squad – Vladyslav "Kvem" Korol, Nikita "jackasmo" Skyba and Sergiy "DemQQ" Demchenko – have been benched. The remaining members, namely Oleksii "Topa" Topchiienko, Volodymyr "⁠Woro2k" Veletniuk and coach Tiaan "T.c" Coertzen, have departed the club. "This is not the end of the Passion UA story, but just the beginning of a new chapter", the organization claimed in a statement.

In June of this year, Passion UA took first place at Glitched Masters 2025 in Sweden. The team failed to qualify for CS Asia Championships 2025 and ESL Pro League Season 22 and did not advance to the LAN finals of BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2.
