BLAST Rivals 2025 Season 2 to be held in Hong Kong

Tournament operator BLAST has announced that the second Counter-Strike 2 tournament of the BLAST Rivals series, scheduled for the end of this year, will be held in Hong Kong. The event will take place at the AsiaWorld–Arena, with a 12,500 seating capacity. The statement was published on the company's X social media account.

The competition will play out from November 10 to 16, 2026, with the participation of eight squads, four of which will be invited based on Valve's ranking (invites will be issued on October 6). Four more teams will be selected by the organizers themselves as part of Wildcard invites (one from North America, South America, Europe and Asia). The prize pool of the event will amount to $350,000.

Note that BLAST Rivals 2025 Season 1 played out from April 30 to May 4 in Copenhagen, Denmark, with the participation of eight squads. The total prize pool of the event amounted to $350,000. In the final, Vitality bested Falcons with a scoreline of 3:2. Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut was crowned the most valuable player of the tournament.
