HEROIC unveils roster for BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1 and clarifies nilo's status in the team
HEROIC's sixths man Pavle "Maden" Bošković will represent the team at the BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1 LAN finals, which will be held from January 23 to 26 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The Montenegrin esports athlete will replace Andrey "tN1R" Tatarinovic, who failed to get the visa required to travel to the tournament in time. The organization officially announced this via its X social media account.
In addition, the club released a statement clarifying the status of Linus "nilo" Bergman in the squad – he is currently on HEROIC's bench along with Maden.
We are thrilled to have signed Linus “nilo” Bergman on a three-year deal, as we consider him one of the most exciting talents in the scene.
Upon signing the deal with us and starting preparations for the season, Linus encountered personal circumstances that made the significant leap to Tier 1 Counter-Strike particularly challenging at this time. This came as a surprise to everyone including Linus himself.
While our initial plan was for Linus to be part of the starting line-up, we are committed to supporting him as he works toward his return.
Our starting five is locked in and will have the chance to prove themselves. Therefore, Linus will not have a guaranteed spot. He will have to fight his way back onto the team.
Earlier, Metizport CEO Arjan "Sakken" Sydhagen revealed the price of Linus "nilo" Bergman's transfer to HEROIC. The Norwegian club paid Metizport approximately $175,000 for the player's buyout.
HEROIC's lineup for BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1 looks as follows:
Álvaro "SunPayus" García
Linus "LNZ" Holtäng
Simon "yxngstxr" Boije
Yasin "xfl0ud" Koç
Pavle "Maden" Bošković
Eetu "sAw" Saha (coach)
