jL enters top 5 of best CS2 players in 2024
NAVI's Justinas "jL" Lekavicius secured the fifth place in the ranking of the strongest Counter-Strike 2 players of 2024 according to the authoritative portal HLTV.org.
Among the main achievements of the Lithuanian esports athlete in the past year are victories at PGL Major Copenhagen 2024, Esports World Cup 2024, ESL Pro League Season 20 and IEM Rio 2024. Lekavicius was crowned the MVP at PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 and ESL Pro League Season 20 and received the EVP title at BLAST Spring Final 2024, IEM Rio 2024, Esports World Cup 2024 and IEM Cologne 2024.
jL's average rating at the end of the year amounted to 1.13. The HLTV.org authors noted Justinas for his high rating in arena matches and games against top-5 teams, as well as for a large number of successful clutches.
Notably, HLTV.org has been publishing the top 20 Counter-Strike 2 players of the past year every day since December 25. The best three players will be revealed on January 11 at the HLTV Awards 2024 ceremony. The winner of 4th place will be unveiled tomorrow, January 10, at 20:00 CET. Dmitry "sh1ro" Sokolov took 6th place in the ranking.
