valde searches for new team after TSM disbandment
Former TSM Counter-Strike 2 player Valdemar "valde" Bjørn Vangså announced that he is looking for a new team to compete for in the next CS2 competitive season. The 29-year-old Danish esports athlete wrote about this via his X social media account.
The past year has been challenging but I got to play with so many different people that all taught me different things that I can use going forward. I still have a lot to learn and becoming a great in-game leader is a long and tough road but I truly believe that I have it in me.
So now I’m here… As a free agent looking for the next chapter in my career. My dream is to find a team that is willing to work hard and put in the effort and extra hours outside and inside the server. A place where there is some talent I can build up and develop on. I’m willing to sacrifice anything and give it my all!
Note that a few days ago, the American esports club TSM completely disbanded its Counter-Strike 2 roster. Three members of the squad were benched, while the rest, including valde, departed the club as free agents.
Vangså represented TSM since August of last year, while before that he was part of ENCE, OG, North, HEROIC and other teams. Over the course of his career as a Counter-Strike pro player, he has earned $390,000 in prize money.
