JANO unveils two new players and coach

Finnish esports club JANO has updated its Counter-Strike 2 roster: Joel "jelo" Lentonen and Jussi "airax" Airaksinen have joined the team. The announcement was published on the organization's X social media account.

Both Lentonen and Airaksinen previously competed for another Finnish team, HAVU. Airax was expelled from it back in August of this year, while jelo departed it on his own initiative today, November 11. At the same time, jelo has already represented JANO in the past – he competed for this club from April 2023 to April 2024.

They replaced Sami "xseveN" Laasanen and Juho "juho" Lampinen in JANO's starting five. In addition, Slaava "Twista" Räsänen has returned to the team as a coach – the Finn worked with JANO from August 2022 to September 2023.

JANO is currently ranked 62nd among the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 rosters according to HLTV. The team recently placed 5th-6th at the Elisa Masters Espoo 2024 LAN tournament in Finland.

 JANO are now:

Aleksi "allu" Jalli
Henri "HENU" Ylilehto
Jani "Aerial" Jussila
Jussi "Airax" Airaksinen
Joel "Jelo" Lentonen
