FURIA and BetBoom Team through to FISSURE Playground 3 playoffs

Second day of FISSURE Playground 3 has concluded, resulting in four teams leaving the competition.

In the first round of the Group A lower bracket, The MongolZ lost to 5star (9:13 on Inferno, 11:13 on Nuke), while BIG were defeated by G2 (13:8 on Cache, 7:13 on Mirage, 10:13 on Ancient). In Group B, FaZe fell to magic (14:16 on Ancient, 13:10 on Dust2, 16:19 on Cache), while GamerLegion got bested by TYLOO (7:13 on Ancient, 6:13 on Mirage). The losing squads finished 13th-16th, earning $5,000 in prize money each, while the winners advanced to the next round of the lower bracket.

Additionally, the first participants of the tournament's final stage were determined today. In the second round of the Group A upper bracket, MIBR defeated 9z (13:6 on Mirage, 13:7 on Nuke), while BetBoom Team secured a victory against Astralis (16:14 on Ancient, 13:8 on Anubis). In Group B, Legacy bested Alliance (13:4 on Inferno, 13:6 on Dust2), while FURIA dispatched PARIVISION (13:2 on Ancient, 13:11 on Inferno). The losers dropped to the lower bracket, while the winners will compete for a direct spot to the playoff semi-finals.

Notably, three teams from each group will advance to the FISSURE Playground 3 playoffs: the winners will advance directly to the semi-finals, while the teams that place second and third will go to the quarter-finals. Detailed information about the event can be found via the link.
