FURIA signs skullz and updates coaching staff

Brazilian esports club FURIA has officially revealed the signing of Felipe "skullz" Medeiros. The announcement was published on the organization's X social media account.

Since December of last year, skullz has been competing for Liquid; The Brazilian's average rating at LAN tournaments amounted to 0.98. Prior to this, Medeiros represented paiN for over a year. skullz replaced Kayke "kye" Bertolucci, whom FURIA benched a month ago.

In addition, the club announced changes to the coaching staff. The team's former coach, Nicholas "guerri" Nogueira, moved to the position of Head of Esports in the organization, while his place went to Sid "sidde" Macedo, who has been an assistant coach since January of last year.

FaZe's former analyst Hunter "Lucid" Tucker and BetBoom Team ex-coach Viacheslav "innersh1ne" Britvin have joined the FURIA roster as analysts/assistant coaches.

Finally, the organization announced that Kaike "KSCERATO" Cerato and Yuri "yuurih" Santos have extended their contracts with FURIA for three years more years.

The updated FURIA roster will debut next week at the Esports World Cup 2024 event in Saudi Arabia. In the first stage of the tournament, the team will face NAVI.
