Official: Hobbit and Perfecto put up for transfer

North American club Cloud9 excluded Abay "HObbit" Khassenov and Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy from the main roster. The corresponding statement was published on the team's social media accounts.

In a brief announcement, Cloud9 bids farewell to HObbit and Perfecto, as well as reveals that the players have been put up for transfer. The reasons for the roster changes have not been disclosed.

HObbit has represented Cloud9 since April of 2022, when the North American club acquired the entire Gambit roster. In turn, Perfecto joined the team just in July of last year.

Note that a few days earlier Denis "electroNic" Sharipov also departed Cloud9. The Russian esports athlete will continue his career in Virtus.pro.

The nearest tournament for the Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov-led squad is BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024, which is scheduled for May 14-19. However, it is possible that the club will refuse to participate in it, since it previously withdrew from ESL Pro League Season 19.
