Cloud9 withdraws from ESL Pro League Season 19 after electroNic's departure

Cloud9 will not participate in the next season of ESL Pro League, which kicks off in a week. According to the club's announcement on social media accounts, roster changes became the reason for the decision to withdraw from the prestigious tournament.

At the same time, Cloud9 revealed that it will compete at the European qualifier for Esports World Cup 2024, scheduled for April 19-20. As of now, there is no information on who will round out the roster at the upcoming competition.

Earlier today it became known about the departure of Denis "electroNic" Sharipov from Cloud9. The Russian esports athlete will continue his career in Virtus.pro.

The ESL Pro League Season 19 organizers have already unveiled a replacement for Cloud9. The vacant place on the team list will be taken by the Portuguese roster SAW.
