$1 million tournament series announced

Thunderpick World Championship 2024 has been announced. The tournament series will run from April to October, featuring a total prize pool of $1 million.

Thunderpick World Championship 2024 will kick off with regional qualifiers, which will play out online. They will be held in three regions – Europe, North America and South America. The prize pool for each qualifier will be $25K.

Three World Finals will take place in October, with the last of them being held at an unannounced location. Here, the selected teams will compete for the remaining $850K.

The schedule of the Thunderpick World Championship 2024 series looks as follows:

• Europe Qualifier 2: August 19-31
• North America Qualifier 1: May 19-24
• North America Qualifier 2: June 4-9
• South America Qualifier 1: May 11-16
• South America Qualifier 2: July 17-22
• World Finals (RO16): October 1-4
• World Finals (RO8): October 19-20
• World Finals (LAN): October 23-24
