Metizport qualify for BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2024

Metizport became the penultimate participant of BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2024. The Swedish team won the RES Western European Masters Spring 2024 qualifier, defeating Apeks in the final with a scoreline of 2:1 – 13:6 on Mirage, 11:13 on Ancient and 13:6 on Inferno.

Metizport kicked off the qualifier with two victories against FURIA and a loss against Apeks in the group stage, which was enough to advance to the playoffs. Here the Swedish roster also bested Sprout in the semi-finals.

Note that the last participant of BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2024 will be determined based on the results of the Eastern European qualifier. It will take place from February 16 to 18.

BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2024 will take place from March 6 to 10 online. At the tournament, sixteen participants will compete for $135K and two spots at the BLAST spring season final.
