NAVI through to ESL Pro League Season 18 playoffs; M80 on verge of elimination

In the openers of the second playday of ESL Pro League Season 18 Group C, NAVI secured a second victory in a row, having advanced to the playoffs. At the same time, M80 dropped into the lower bracket, where it will fight for survival.

After their opening victory, NAVI bested Apeks with a scoreline of 2:0 – 16:7 on Anubis and 16:5 on Inferno. In turn, M80 lost to 5yclone with a scoreline of 0:2 – 10:16 on Nuke and 14:16 on Anubis.

Now NAVI is waiting for the upper bracket final, the winner of which will advance to the quarter-finals of the tournament. Either FaZe or fnatic will become the opponent of the Black-and-Yellow. At the same time, M80 will fight for survival against the loser of the match between 9z and Imperial.

Today’s playday will end with two matches, in which FaZe will face fnatic for a playoff ticket, while 9z and Imperial will determine the participant of the elimination match against M80.
