Luminosity owners deny interest in acquiring FaZe

Enthusiast Gaming, which owns esports club Luminosity, denied interest in acquiring FaZe, as a company representative reported to Esports Insider publisher.

Enthusiast Gaming has not submitted any offer to acquire Faze, nor does it anticipate doing so.

Although Enthusiast Gaming has stated that it has not sent any formal offers to acquire FaZe, this does not mean that there have been no talks between the parties up to this point. In turn, representatives of GamesSquare and FaZe refused to comment on the rumors.

A few days ago, the business publisher Sports Business Journal published a report about the possible sale of shares to the parent companies of Complexity and Luminosity clubs.

Luminosity, which is part of Enthusiast Gaming, left the Counter-Strike pro scene in 2019. The company currently owns Apex Legends and Halo rosters, as well as franchises in OWL and CDL.
