CS:GO records 1.11 million average player count in May

Last month CS:GO's average player count peaked at 1,117,517 users, which became an all-time high for the shooter, according to the data from the analytical service Steam Charts.

Just as in April, CS:GO's average player count continued to grow. While for the previous period the indicator peaked at 918K users, in May the number increased by 21.7%.

The continued growth of peak player count is likely due to the recent BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023, which took place from May 8 to 21 in Paris. The increase of the average player count over a 30-day period also shows that.
