Falcons and Aurora advance to semi-finals of Esports World Cup 2025
Third playday of the Esports World Cup 2025 Counter-Strike 2 tournament, which is taking place in Saudi Arabia in a Single Elimination format, has ended. As a result, two more teams left the competition.
In the second round of the bracket, HEROIC lost to Aurora (7:13 on Mirage, 11:13 on Dust2), while MOUZ were defeated by Falcons (9:13 on Ancient, 13:8 on Inferno, 10:13 on Nuke). The losing teams shared 5th-8th place and earned $40,000 in prize money, while the winners advanced to the semi-finals.
