BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 viewer's guide

BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 will play out from May 8 to 21 and will feature a prize pool of $1.25 million. For three weeks, 24 rosters will compete for the right to secure the last Major title in CS:GO history.

Traditionally, the tournament will be divided into three stages: Challengers, Legends, and Champions. And only the final stage of the playoffs will take place with a live audience at Accor Arena.

The Challengers (May 8-11) and Legends (May 13-16) stages will play out in a Swiss system. At each stage, 16 rosters will fight with the main task of advancing into the top 8. The starting rounds of the Challengers and Legends stages will play out in a best-of-one format, while matches for survival or advancement to the next stage will play out in a best-of-three format. Teams with three wins in five rounds will advance to the next stage of the event.

According to the results of the Legends Stage, the eight best teams will advance to the playoffs, where they will fight for the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 title in a Single Elimination best-of-three format.

The prize pool distribution looks as follows:

1. $500,000. + qualifies to IEM Cologne 2023 and BLAST Premier World Final 2023
