Cloud9 climb to No.5 in HLTV.org ranking

Cloud9 has climbed to No.5 in the HLTV.org's ranking due to the victory at BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2023 Europe. The weekly ranking update also saw Vladislav "nafany" Gorshkov's squad moving up past Liquid and Vitality, who dropped to 6th and 7th places, respectively.

Other notable change is FURIA and fnatic switching places. Now the Brazilians occupy the 11th place, while the William "mezii" Merriman-led roster dropped to the 12th place.

Imperial also returned to the top 30, climbing to the 28th place after their victory at BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2023 Americas. Over the past week, Movistar Riders, MIBR, 00NATION, 9INE and Monte have also moved up in the ranking – the teams occupy 22nd to 26th places, respectively.

HLTV.org's ranking is updated weekly and primarily takes into account the results of the last two months. Teams' achievements over the past year are also considered, with the number of points for past successes decreasing each month.
