s1mple, ZywOo and sh1ro among top 3 in 2022's player ranking

HLTV.org has revealed on Twitter the names of the players who will make up the top 3 in 2022. As expected, the Big Three includes Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev (NAVI), Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut (Vitality) and Dmitry "sh1ro" Sokolov (Cloud9).

The distribution of places within the top 3 will be announced as part of the special event HLTV Award Show 2022, which will take place on Saturday, January 14, in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. The awards ceremony will be held in a closed format, while the number of invited guests, including star players, coaches and functionaries, will be about three hundred people.

The start of the HLTV Award Show 2022 is scheduled for 18:30 CET. The show will be streamed on HLTV.org's Twitch channel via this link.

Previously the authors revealed the other 17 players who featured in the prestigious Top 20 ranking. Cloud9's Sergey "Ax1Le" Rykhtorov's No. 4 placing made him the closest competitor to the trio of leaders.
