woxic becomes free agent

Turkish player Özgür "woxic" Eker, who spent the last two months on the Eternal Fire bench, has entered free agency, the esports athlete announced on Twitter.

woxic has represented Eternal Fire since the summer of 2021, when he teamed up with Ismailcan "⁠XANTARES⁠" Dörtkardeş and other big names from Turkey to create a national roster. Subsequently, the squad attended mainly tier-2 events and was not able to achieve any significant results.

The 24-year-old AWPer is currently actively looking for a new place to continue his career. In his Twitter post, he encouraged those interested in his services to contact his agent from the Prodigy Agency.

As part of the Eternal Fire roster overhaul, besides Eker, the club also parted ways with Ahmet "paz" Karahoca and coach Canpolat "hardstyle" Yıldıran. The vacated places were taken by Buğra "Calyx" Arkın, Engin "MAJ3R" Küpeli and Sezgin "Fabre" Kalaycı.
