Fessor diagnosed with arthritis in his left hand
Monte member Frederik "Fessor" Sørensen reported via his Twitter account that he was diagnosed with arthritis in his left hand.
Previously, the Dane complained of pain in a limb that he could not move, after which he went to the hospital for an examination, where doctors diagnosed arthritis. There is, however, no information at the moment about whether the illness will prevent the esports athlete from returning to practices and official matches.
The professional career of 21-year-old Fessor has been going on since 2018. Among other things, he played for such teams as Ambush, Singularity, BLUEJAYS, as well as lineups without the support of organizations, namely HYENAS and South.
Sørensen is best known for his time with Astralis' academy roster from October 2021 to September 2022. His best achievement with the Danish giant's junior team is a third-place finish at WePlay Academy League Season 3.
Over the past two months, Fessor has been part of Monte. During this period, the team attended mainly online tier-2 events, with their main success being participation in the European RMR tournament. At the qualifier for IEM Rio Major 2022, the squad managed to defeat SAW but lost to Outsiders, Vitality and K23, which saw them finish the competition in penultimate place.
