Virtus.pro unveil Nikolai Petrossian as club's new CEO

Virtus.pro have appointed Nikolai Petrossian, the former head of the ESforce esports holding, as the CEO of the club, according to a press release published on the organization's official website.

VP's new CEO replaced Aram Karamanukyan, who was announced as the new head and owner of the organization just recently, on September 16. At the same time, the former executive will remain as the main investor.

I gladly accepted the offer to lead Virtus.pro. I have thoroughly studied how the club works during its time in ESforce, and I will be glad to use this knowledge now that both the club and I have left the holding.

There is another reason: the potential of Virtus.pro for the development of esports in Armenia. I have lived in Armenia for 31 years, this is where my personal and professional journey began, so I am very happy to return to the roots. Our player with the flag of Armenia on his shoulders has already raised the championship cup over his head this year, and I think it was very symbolic.

Nikolai Petrossian left ESforce on December 12. Being the head of the esports holding, he managed the media portal Cybersport.ru, the tournament operator Epic Esports Events, the broadcasting studio RuHub and the company's other assets.
