Team North Macedonia win IESF World Championship 2022
IESF World Championship 2022 organized by the International Esports Federation (IESF) has come to an end, with Team North Macedonia clinching the title. In the grand final, which was played in a best-of-three format with a 1-0 map advantage for a team coming from the upper bracket, the champions defeated Team Mongolia 3:0 – 16:3 on Mirage, 16:8 on Inferno and 16:7 on Dust2.
On the way to the decisive match, Team North Macedonia, which was fully represented by the BLUEJAYS roster, got the better of the Indonesian, Argentinian and German teams, as well as the Russian squad, which played under a neutral name and flag.
