Rumors: NIP and Astralis agree on device's transfer for €600,000

Organizations NIP and Astralis have reached an agreement on the transfer of Nicolai "device" Reedtz. Jaxon.gg has learned that the Danish club will lay out around €600,000 for the player.

According to journalists, the star sniper will start discussing a personal contract with Astralis shortly. Reedtz's return to the Danish team is expected to be announced following IEM Rio Major 2022.

For the last ten months device has been inactive for unknown medical reasons. In early December last year, the player left the NIP roster during IEM Winter 2021, after which the Ninjas have not commented on his state of health.

Reedtz's desire to return to Astralis came to light in early September. Jaxon.gg's sources reported that the esports athlete has a valid 2.5-year contract with NIP and that the Swedish organization initially planned to get around €1 million from his sale.
