Liquid confirm YEKINDAR for BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022

Latvian esports athlete Mareks "YEKINDAR" Galinskis will play for Liquid at BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022, the North American organization has told HLTV.org, thus confirming the information previously reported by Dust2.us.

Liquid did not reveal in what status Galinskis will attend the tournament. The player has a valid contract with Virtus.pro which removed him from the starting five in May.

For YEKINDAR, the upcoming BLAST event will be the second appearance with Liquid. Earlier, the Latvian as a stand-in helped the team reach the quarterfinals of IEM Cologne 2022.

Liquid's first match at BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 will take place on August 20. Nick "nitr0" Cannella and company will face off against G2 in Group B also featuring Complexity and NAVI.
